What to Expect
at the NVC...
|
|
Vineyard Cafe- Before, during, and after service you
can enjoy fresh coffee or tea.
|
Worship & Communion- We begin with about
20-30 minutes of contemporary worship in which we express our love and thanks to
God. Feel free to participate or simply sit back and listen. On the first Sunday
of each month we celebrate the Lord's Supper. If you confess Jesus as your Lord,
you are welcome to participate in Communion with us.
|
Announcements & Offering- Announcements are made
after worship. We then receive an offering from regular attendees. We
ask that as our guest you don't feel obligated to contribute.
|
Message & Prayer- Our pastors will deliver a message
that will apply biblical truth to every day life. This is followed by an opportunity
to receive ministry from our trained prayer team.
|
Infant Care & Children's Service- Infant care
is available for the entirety of both services. Kingdom Kid's is for children ages 2 through grade 5 and only available during our second service.
|
What to wear- We tell people, "Come as you are...
you'll be loved. That means you don't have to dress up to come
to a worship service. Because the Vineyard is very casual, you'll feel
comfortable in your jeans, or business casual. Some folks prefer to dress up,
and they fit right in as well. The point is that we feel church should be
about things other than how you dress and look."
